Kimberly A. McCurdy
Kim practices primarily in the area of family law litigation. Kim is regularly attends Court on behalf of clients at both the trial and appeal level in family and estate matters. She is a member of the Saint John Law Society, Law Society of New Brunswick, Canadian Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. Kim has practiced law with Mosher Chedore since October 1988.

Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, Kimberly is a graduate of Kennebecasis Valley High School. Outside of the firm, Kimberly has owned and managed area businesses. She is past chair of the Parent School Support Committees for Harbour View High School and Inglewood Schools, past chair of the Board of Directors for Disaster Restoration, Atlantic Region, and a former board member for Credit Counseling of Atlantic Canada. Kimberly has enhanced her professionalism by achieving designation in Six Sigma management level problem solving and alternative dispute resolution.
