Brian W. Mosher K.C.
Brian’s current practice consists of a concentration on personal injury, estate law, and corporate law, with a special interest in immigration law. Brian worked for the Crown in the area of Civil and Criminal Law and was appointed as Special Prosecutor for the Federal Government. Brian is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, New Brunswick Law Society, Saint John Law Society, Association of Atlantic Trial Lawyers, Association of American Trial Lawyers, and has been involved in many political and community committees and organizations. He was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 2003.

Reid is a seasoned practitioner who has tried civil and criminal cases over more than 33 years as a member of the New Brunswick Law Society and Canadian Bar Association. Reid Chedore and Brian Mosher are one of the oldest established partnerships in the City of Saint John, having practiced together for 32 years. Reid has represented clients in proceedings at all levels of court Provincial, Family, Trial, Appeal and Federal Court. Reid has represented parties before numerous administrative tribunals including the Real Estate and Labour Boards, Canada Pension Disability Board and Workers Compensation Board.

Shelley has been practising law with Mosher Chedore since being admitted to the bar in 1988. Kimberly A. McCurdy
Kim practices primarily in the area of family law litigation. Kim is regularly attends Court on behalf of clients at both the trial and appeal level in family and estate matters. She is a member of the Saint John Law Society, Law Society of New Brunswick, Canadian Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. Kim has practiced law with Mosher Chedore since October 1988.

Brian practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful dismissals, property disputes and estate litigation. Brian has been practicing law with Mosher Chedore since being admitted to the bar in 1995. He has appeared before all levels of Court in New Brunswick, including the Court of Appeal as well as before several boards, tribunals and the Tax Court of Canada.

Mitchel Hanlon
Mitchel joined Mosher Chedore as an associate lawyer in 2026 after completing his articles with the firm. He maintains a diverse practice with a primary focus on Property Law, Wills and Estates, and Corporate and Commercial Law. Mitchel is committed to providing practical, efficient, and responsive service, and works closely with clients to ensure their matters are handled smoothly from start to finish.
