    Brian practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful dismissals, property disputes and estate litigation. Brian has been practicing law with Mosher Chedore since being admitted to the bar in 1995. He has appeared before all levels of Court in New Brunswick, including the Court of Appeal as well as before several boards, tribunals and the Tax Court of Canada.

    Background

     

    Brian is a native of Saint John, New Brunswick. He is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Saint John Law Society. Brian resides in Saint John with his wife, Mary, and their five children
